The City of London measures itself in centuries. We are proud of our two.
Established in 2006, Gracechurch Hotel Operator Limited runs The Gracechurch with a simple conviction: that a hotel in the Square Mile should feel like it belongs to the neighbourhood — its coffeehouses and chop houses, its markets and livery halls — rather than to a chain. Our rooms are calm, our kitchen cooks British produce with care, and our team knows the City's shortcuts, quiet corners, and best tables.

Breakfast before the markets open, supper after they close.
Our kitchen follows the rhythm of the City: full breakfasts and fast, excellent coffee from first light; working lunches that respect a one o'clock meeting; and unhurried dinners built on British produce — day-boat fish, aged beef, and vegetables from whichever county is eating best. The bar pours a short, serious list of wines and a proper martini.
